From now on, all tickets about streams not working during server issues or maintenance will be closed without a reply. Please check our Telegram channel first before opening a ticket. Whenever there are ongoing server issues or maintenance, we receive a flood of tickets asking why streams aren’t working, even though you can easily check the channel for updates.
Currently, PayPal payments and bank transfers must be sent to us manually and are processed manually as well.
